Custom-made Product
This clause is extended from clause
‘Submission’. We provide a fully
custom-made product service to our customer. Any materials, including but not
limited to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings,
original or creative materials or other information provided by us to you are
personal, for non-commercial use, confidential and for no other purpose. We own
the copyright for any materials that are transferred to you through any
communication channel. Once the product design is finalized and you have
acknowledged the final product design through DocuSign, a legally binding
e-signature. No dispute regarding product design shall be raised once you have
acknowledged through DocuSign. Once the transaction is accepted, the cost of the
custom-made product is non-refundable; the custom-made product is also
non-exchangeable nor returnable.
Product Availability and Pricing
Products listed in the catalog might not be
in-stock all of the time, but we do provide an option for you to pre-order. Any
pre-order product takes 14 business days to reach your doorstep. In case of any
unforeseen circumstances, meaning we are unable to provide you the product, we
will contact you directly via the email address that you registered on our website
to discuss possible options such as full refund or exchange. We are not liable
to any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other
damages of any kind. Data and prices may be inaccurately displayed on our website
due to system error or human errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these
errors, they might occur. We reserve the right to correct them and at our sole discretion,
to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price.
1 Year Replacement Undertaking
Commonly, every product purchased from Tricobino.com is entitled to a 1-year replacement undertaking unless mentioned in the product description. This replacement undertaking covers losses, unintentional damage to the product itself, but does not cover any problems caused by abuse, misuse or act of God. Tricobino.com will based on the replacement undertaking questionnaire that you provide on the checkout page and will send over replacement undertaking details to your email inbox after confirm you are entitled for replacement undertaking.

We have attempted to accurately depict the

electronic device that can display images, we cannot guarantee that the color
