Delivery Information

We use FedEx® to ship your parcel to your doorstep.

We free ship internationally with selected 38 countries.

NOTE: We do not ship to a PO Box address for security reasons.

Estimated Arrival Date

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date for your purchase. However, there are some factors that may cause problems:

• Delays in credit approval
• Delays caused by inclement weather
• Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
• APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)

The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:

•  Additional time needed for ring sizing
• The time needed to create your personalized and special ordered items* 
• Items shipping from different locations on different days
• Shipping method you selected at checkout**

* Pre-order item or custom-made item takes around 2 weeks to be shipped out.

** For normal shipping would takes around 5-9 days to reach your doorstep and it is free of charge. Express shipping is currently not available yet.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you an email with your order information and tracking number when it is generated. You can track it either through FedEx® or you can check the progress through the Track Order bar on www.tricobino.com.
